Connie Herodes , a Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Gardener and lifelong plant enthusiast from right here in Dutchess County will speak on her experiences with

"Shady Opportunities"

Join Connie for a photographic tour of her garden in the woods, on the edge of Wappingers Creek, which she has been developing for more than 30 years.  Learn how you can utilize shade tolerant shrubs, small trees, and a few annuals, which combine well with shade perennials to make your shady spots sing with color and texture.
